Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place crushed cereal in a shallow dish.
  2. Stir in paprika; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, beat egg and milk slightly.
  4. Add flour, salt, pepper& poultry seasoning;.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Dip chicken in batter.
  7. Coat with crushed cereal.
  8. Place in single layer, (skin side up).
  9. In a well greased baking pan.
  10. Drizzle with melted margarine or butter.
  11. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 1 hour,.
  12. Or until chicken is tender and done.
  13. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
  14. Serves 4.
