  1. 1. Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip sections
  2. 2. In a small shallow bowl, combine butter, milk, soy sauce, hot sauce, egg. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Dip chicken into butter mixture, then into flour mixture and again into butter mixture
  3. 3. Place on greased baking sheet; bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
