Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup milk, nonfat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a wire wisk. Spray small non-stick frying pan with butter flavored cooking spray. When pan is hot, pour 1/8 cup of the batter into the frying pan and spread out. When the crepe appears dry, remove with a spatula. Repeat for the entire batter.
