In a small pan melt butter, add shallots, shrimp,add salt and pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice and the pico de gallo sauce, put aside, in a large skillet add the flour tortilla wrap for one minute turn and heat up the other side one more minute, add the hot ingredients from the small pan, Add fresh spinach, add the hidden valley original ranch dressing, now roll and enclosed sides, now cut wrap in half for serving presentation and enjoy!
