Creamy Sauteed Spinach With Garlic and Cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet over med-high heat.
  2. Add spinach leaves and garlic cloves.
  3. Saute until spinach leaves have wilted (be careful not to overcook).
  4. In last few minutes of cooking time, add cheddar cheese, and cook until it is melted.
  5. Stir well and serve.
