Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup. uncooked rice
  • 2/3 cup. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours, stirring occasionally first hour. 1/2 cup raisins may be added 1/2 hour before end of baking time if desired. pudding thickens as it cools.
