Ingredients:

  • 11/2 cup rotini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup asparagus
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup cheese

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta add salt to taste
  2. Heat oil add veggies stir until tender; 4 minutes
  3. Add milk, broth, flour. Stir until thick and bubbly
  4. Mix cheese until melted
  5. Toss pasta with sauce and veggies
