Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup half n half
  • 1 tsp lawrey's seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces that are the same size. Bring a large pot of water to simmer and add potatoes. Bring to boil and cook 30-35 minutes. When cooked through, thefork should easily slide into the potatoes with no resistance-they are done.
  2. Drain the potatoes in a large collander.. When they are finished draining, place back into a dry pot. Put back on the stove and Mash over low heat..(allow all heat to escape before adding other ingredients)
  3. Turn off stove, then add butter, cream cheese and the half n half. Mash well!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then add the Lawreys Salt and black pepper.
  4. Stir well and place in a medium size baking dish and top it off with some more butter !!! Place in 350 degree oven and heat until all butter is melted and dish is warmed through.
  5. Serve or Let cool and cover and refrigertate until serving.
  6. When ready to reheat, bake in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes until warm!!!!!
