Creamy Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and garlic salt. Add potatoes, onions and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  2. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Top with the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
  4. Topping variation: I've used about 2 cups crushed corn flakes tossed with about 1/3 cup butter as topping as well.
