Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan add broth, sauteed onions and brie.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
  3. Pour into food processor and blend till smooth.
  4. Return to saucepan, add milk and heat through. (Do not boil)
  5. Serve immediately sprinkled with chives.
