Creamed Tuna on Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sweet milk
  • 4 slices toast
  • 1 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Add milk, tuna, seasonings.
  4. Stir until this thickens. It should pour generously over toast. Add more milk to reach that consistency.
