Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can peas
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp flour (or to desired consistency)

Directions:

  1. Drain peas-reserve liquid.
  2. Add liquid and half and half in sauce pan.
  3. Bring to boil-stirring constantly.
  4. Add peas.
  5. Add pepper and paprika.
  6. Slowly wisk in flour to desired consistency.
  7. Lower heat to slow simmer-continue stirring frequently to desired temperature.
