Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. In a med. size pot bring water and butter to a rolling boil
  3. (turn of heat but don't take of the pot )
  4. Stir in flour and salt, mix with a wooden spoon till it forms a ball
  5. Place it in a bowl and with a mixer beat in( on high )1 egg at a time
  6. Drop onto a cookie sheet( covered by parchment paper)by teaspoons
  7. Bake for 20-25 min.
  8. Cool. then stuff them with whipped cream or cooked pudding of your choice.
