  • 1 (8-oz) package neufchatel cheese
  • 1 (1-lb) package powdered sugar , sifted

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and cheese at high speed of a mixer until fluffy. Add sugar; beat at low speed until well-blended. Add vanilla; beat well.
