Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar (or less depending on how sweet you want it)

Directions:

  1. Chop the cranberries in either your food processor, Vitamix, or other chopper you have. When finished with the cranberry chop, (the pieces will be small like chopped nuts) put your peeled and seeded orange in and process up very well. It will have almost a thick juice consistancy. Add the cranberries, orange, pinneapple and the sugar and stir well. Taste and see if the sugar level is to your taste. This is best when it sits overnight in the fridge. Serve cold.
