Cranberry Horseradish Relish

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Finely chop berries with sugar in a food processor and transfer to bowl.
  2. Stir in horseradish and lemon juice.
  3. Cover and chill for at least one day.
