Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Place berries in sieve over bowl; Press with spoon to remove seeds; discard seeds.
  2. Whirl berries in blender with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Makes 1 1/2 cups
  4. 20 calories per 2 tablespoons
