Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, parsley, mozzarella cheese, onion. Mix in crab meat. Place in fridge for 45 minutes to an hour.
  2. Heat Olive oil in skillet.
  3. Cut a pocket into chicken breasts. Stuff pocket with crab mixture. Rub chicken with flour. Brown chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Place chicken on baking sheet and place in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella and broil for 5-10 Minutes.
