Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 2 large cans whole tomatoes
  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 2 lb clams
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In frying pan brown diced onions, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil.
  2. Add a pinch of oregano, marjoram and thyme.
  3. Simmer tomatoes, sauce and paste then add browned onions garlic and mushrooms.
  4. Continue simmering for 8 hours.
  5. Add fish 45 minutes before serving.
