Ingredients:

  • 4 cans (16 oz.) pork and beans
  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. hot sausage ( patty)
  • 10 slices crisp bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup molasses or honey
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • couple dashes hot sauce

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and sausage until well done.
  2. Drain off the fat.
  3. ****
  4. Cook bacon until crisp and crush over the other meats.
  5. Mix beans and other ingredients with the meats.
  6. Bake in an oven safe dish at 350 for 45 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Can be frozen for later use.
