Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and cube potatoes to about 1.5cm
  2. Place in microwave safe dish with small amount of water, microwave on high for 6 min stirring once or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Roughly chop bacon
  4. Crush fresh garlic into cream
  5. Add potatoes to oven proof dish
  6. Add bacon, cream and cover with cheese
  7. Bake uncovered for 10 min or until cheese is melted
