Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Place cornmeal in a medium saucepan. Gradually add water, stirring constantly with a whisk. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in margarine, salt, and pepper; cook an additional 2 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly.
