Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cornbread by directions X2
  2. Cups chopped celery
  3. /12 cups chopped onion
  4. Slices white bread
  5. /2 sleeve saltine crackers
  6. Tsp chicken bouillion
  7. Tsp poultry seasoning
  8. /4 Tsp sage
  9. /4 Tsp oregano
  10. /4 Tsp pepper
  11. Eggs beaten
  12. Plus cans chicken broth
  13. Or 2 Tbs butter
  14. Saute celery & onions in butter until tender
  15. Combine all other ingredents crumbling cornbread, crackers & bread first.
  16. Add onions & celery
  17. Add broth until right consistency soupy
  18. Pour in casserole pan & bake at 350 degrees 40 - 45 minutes, until brown. Sprinkle lightly with chicken boullion before baking.
  19. Can be prepared night before & stored in refrigerator
