Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Stir in milk, oil, and egg just until moistened.
  3. Bake in an 8 greased pan at 400 degrees for 20-25 min.
