Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cold water

Directions:

  1. Mix cornmeal, cold water & salt.
  2. Slowly stir cornmeal mixture into the boiling water in a saucepan.
  3. Cook and stir until thick.
  4. Lower heat.
  5. Cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring as needed.
