  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth in small saucepan.
  2. Stir constantly over medium-low heat until thickened.
  3. DO NOT BOIL!
  4. Serve over vegetables, seafood, or poached eggs.
  5. This quick-sauce, tastes similar to Hollandaise, but is much easier to make.
