Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except crust, until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into crust and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Cool for 20 minutes.
  3. In small bowl Blend sour cream, 4 tablespoon sugar and vanilla. Spread over top of cooled cheesecake. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Cool overnight and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cherry pie filling over top.
