Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla.
  3. Combine coffee granules and flour.
  4. Stir into creamed mixture.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until easy to handle.
  7. Roll into 3/4 inch balls.
  8. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until set.
  10. Remove to wire racks.
  11. Meanwhile, for glaze, melt butter and chocolate together.
  12. Add melted mixture to the sugar along with the milk.
  13. Beat until smooth.
  14. Frost the cookies while still warm.
