Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 1 cup. coconut
  • 1/2 cup. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff, add gradually vanilla, salt, and sugar with other ingredients.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  3. Then top with whipped cream and let set overnight.
