Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Butter a 13 x 9-in pan.
  3. Mix butter, flour, salt and sugar until crumbly.
  4. Press into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 7-10 mins; cool.
  6. In a mixing bowl, mix eggs, pecans, brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, baking powder and coconut together.
  7. Spread over cooled pastry.
  8. Bake for 15 mins.
  9. Cool.
  10. Frost if desired with vanilla frosting.
