Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs and mix well.
  2. Stir in dry ingredients and then add coconut.
  3. Drop from teaspoon on greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned around edges.
