Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine corn flake crumbs, margarine and 2 T. sugar in 9inch pie pan; mix well.
  2. With back of Tablespoon press evenly and firmly around sides and in bottom of pie pan to form crust.
  3. Chill.
  4. Mix gelatin, 1/2 cup sugar and salt in medium saucepan.
  5. Add egg yolks, lemon and orange juice and water in mixing bowl; Beat until smooth.
  6. Stir into gelatin mixture.
  7. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
  8. Remove from heat; stir in grated lemon and orange peels.
  9. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly whendropped from a spoon.
  10. Place egg whites in mixing bowl; beat until foamy.
  11. Gradually add the 1/3 cup sugar, beating until still.
  12. Fold into gelatin mixture.
  13. Pile into crust.
  14. Chill until firm.
  15. Just before serving, spread whipped topping on pie.
  16. Garnish with fresh orange slices and mint leaves.
