  1. In a large shallow dish, whisk together 1 tablespoon of the basil oil, 3 tablespoons of thte lemon juice, and lime juice 1/2 teaspoon on the zest, 1/2 teaspoons of the salt and pepper, Add Salmon to dish, turning to coat.
  2. Spray a large non-stick skillet with olive oil cooking spray. heat over medium heat. Add Salmon, rounded side down, and cook 4 min. Turn fillets adn cook 3 to 4 min for med-rare.
  3. Spoon the remaining basil oil, lemon and lime juice over the fillets. Sprinkle zest, salt and pepper, adn basil strips for garnish.
