Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp warm water
  • 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. After you put in milk and margarine you put the glass measuring cup with its ingredients into a microwave and microwave for secs. Add the flour, sugar, and salt you mix in the yeast mixture and the milk mixture on low speed turn the mixer to medium speed and mix for 2 min. Add an egg and flour and beat again for 2 min. Stir in the 1 and 1/4 flour. Tourn out on to a lightly floured counter. Dust the top of the dough with a little flour. knead for 8 to 10 mins. Put in a greased bowl twice the size of the dough so it can rise. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

  3. Punch dough down. Knead a little bit to warm up. Roll out to a 9 in * 15 in. rectangle. brush with 2 to 3 tablespoons melted margarine leaving one long edge plain. sprinkle on about 1/2 cup sugar and about 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll up to the plain edge and seal by pinching the long edge. Cut dough with a string into 8 to 10 piece. place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 20 min.
