Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp warm water
  • 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix together warm water and yeast.
  2. Put the milk and butter in the microwave for 40 seconds
  3. Mix with electric mixer for 2 min the yeast mixture, milk mixture, and 1 cup flour, sugar and salt.
  4. Add egg and 1/3 cup flour and mix again for 2 min
  5. Stir in 1 1/4 cups flour
  6. Knead dough for 8-10 min.
  7. Then put dough in greased bowl and let it rise in the refrigorator over night
  8. Knead the dough a little bit
  9. Roll dough out and cover it with melted butter and cinnamon surgar mix
  10. Roll up and cut into peices. let rise for 20 min and then cook 20 miin at 375 degrees. then add icing
