Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 2 1 4 tsp dry yeast
  • 3 4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 4 cup sugar
  • 1 2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3 cup flour
  • 1 1 4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Punc dough down . kneed a little bit to warm up. roll out to a 9in.. x 15in. restangle .brush with 2 to 3 tablespoons melted margarine leaving one long edge plain .. Sprinkle on about 1 2 cup sugar and about 1 teaspoon cinnamon .roll up to the plain edge and seal by pinching the long edge. cut douhg with a string into 8 to 10 pieces. place on greased cookie sheet. let rise for 20 min (very important). Bake for about 20 min.
