Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp warm water
  • 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Day 1- Turn out on to a lightly floured counter. Dust the top of the dough with a little flour. Knead for 8 to 10 minutes. Put in a greased bowl twice the size of the dough so it can rise. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  2. Day 2- Punch dough down. Knead a little bit to warm up. Roll out to a 9in.x15in. Rectangle. Brush with 2 to 3 tablespoons melted margarine leaving one long edge plain. Sprinkle on about 1/2 cup sugar and about 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll up to the plain edge and seal by pinching the long edge. Cut dough with a string into 8 to 10 pieces. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise for 20 min. Bake for about 20 min.
