Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix and knead all DOUGH ingredients together to make a smooth dough.
  2. Cover and let raise for 1 hour until puffy.
  3. Roll the dough into an 18 x 18 rectangle.
  4. Mix FILLING ingredients together. Lightly brush dough with milk and then spread with the prepared filling, leaving an uncovered strip about 1 wide along one end.
  5. Roll tightly into a log, starting with filling-covered end and opposite the unfilled end.Slice the log onto 12 pieces. Place slices onto a lightly greased wells of a muffin pan.Cover and let the buns rise until puffy, about 60 minutes.
  6. Bake the buns in a preheated 350`F oven for 20 to 24 minutes, until they're a light golden brown Remove from the oven.
  7. Just before serving mix TOPPING ingredients together until smooth. Spoon over the buns.
