  1. Mix pudding, milk, ice cream, caramel topping and some of the cinnamon sugar. Top with remaining cinnamon sugar and a dollop of cream cheese icing.
  2. I liked this better by blending most of the cream cheese icing in the milkshake and putting a small dollop on top. This makes the shake very creamy.
