Chunky Grilled Guacamole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray grate of outdoor grill and utensils with Pam for Grilling Spray.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  3. Grill avocados, cut side down, 5 minutes or until browned.
  4. Cool; remove from skin and coarsely chop.
  5. Combine chopped avocado with tomatoes, green onion, cilantro, garlic powder and cumin in small bowl.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve with Parmesan Pita Chips (Parmesan Pita Chips) or Ricotta-Garlic Pitas (Ricotta-Garlic Pita Wedges) or Sesame_Herb Pita Chips (Sesame-Herb Pita Crisps) or Seasoned Party Pitas (Dill Pickles by the Jar).
