Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 - 3 pinch cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 whole braeburn apple choose whatever apple you like
  • 1 whole sweet cubenella pepper
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 whole sweet cubenella pepper
  • 2 whole knob onions
  • 1 can large stewed tomatoes
  • 1 bottle 12 oz frank's thick hot sauce
  • 2 package chili seasoning
  • 3 - 5 pinch cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cooking utensils:
  2. Large Frying pan with lid
  3. Crockpot
  4. Marinade:
  5. Mince the garlic.
  6. Combine oil, vinegar, brown sugar, cayenne pepper and minced garlic.
  7. Blend the apple and cubenella pepper with 1/4 C of the oil/vinegar mix.
  8. Combine blended ingredients with the remaining oil/vinegar mix.
  9. Chili:
  10. Cube the Chicken and marinate for 1 hour.
  11. Chop or Dice the onions
  12. Dice Cubenella Pepper
  13. Brown the Ground Turkey in Frying Pan, drain, and add to Crockpot.
  14. Brown the Chicken (pour the marinade into the skillet as well) in Frying Pan then add to Crockpot.
  15. Add Onions, Cubenella Pepper, Stewed Tomatoes, Chili Seasoning and beans to Crockpot.
  16. Add Frank's Hot Sauce
  17. Stir and add Cayenne Pepper to taste
  18. Cook on low 3 - 4 hours
