  1. Top the cooked brownie, in the sprinform pan, with white chocolate chocolate-chip ice cream
  2. Cover with foil and freeze
  3. Remove from freezer when ready to serve
  4. Remove the ring
  5. Cut into slices (like cheesecake)
  6. Before serving top with *whipped cream*
  7. Top then with chocolate sauce (warm chocolate sauce is delish)
  8. May sprinkle with toasted pecans or nuts of your choice
