Chocolate Walnut Cobbler

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350^F.
  2. Butter a 15x10x2 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large heavy saucepan, combine butter and chocolate and cook over medium low heat until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove pan from heat.
  5. Add sugar, Whisking.
  6. Whisk in eggs 1 at a time.
  7. Add vanilla, flour and salt.
  8. Stir in the walnuts and spread in prepared baking dish.
  9. Bake until top is crisp and tester comes out with wet crumbs attached, about 50 minutes.
  10. Cool 15 minutes.
  11. Dust with cocoa powder.
  12. Serve warm with a scoop (or two) of vanilla ice cream.
