Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (or chocolate graham cracker crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese-softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 12oz or 16oz tub whipped topping
  • 3 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix butter,cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar,and pecans in a medium bowl.
  2. Pat into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl,combine cream cheese,1 cup confectioners' sugar,and 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread carefully over cooled crust.
  4. In another bowl,combine milk and pudding and beat 2 minutes or until thickened.
  5. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  6. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
  7. Garnish with additional chopped pecans or chocolate chips.
  8. Chill at least two hours before serving. Cut into squares.
