Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut into butter until crumbly. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350F oven 15 minutes.
  2. Combine Eagle Brand, egg and vanilla; mix well, Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over crust. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Cool, Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
