Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. :Preheast oven to 350
  2. In large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter at medium speed with electric mixer till creamy
  3. Add brown sugar, beating till creamy
  4. Beat in eggs, egg white, sour cream and extracts till combined
  5. In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt
  6. Gradually add to butter mixture.
  7. Add coconut and morsels beating until combined (I used a spoon)
  8. Drop batter by heaping tablespoons, 2 apart onto ungreased cookie sheets
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes or longer till lightly browned (if not cooked long enough-they will be doughy)
  10. Let cool on pan for 2 minutes and then move to wire racks to cool completely
  11. Store in air tight container
