Chocolate Orange Mousse

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate over hot water in top of double boiler then cool.
  2. Combine orange rind, sugar, egg yolks and eggs in blender then blend until light and foamy.
  3. Add chocolate and orange juice then blend well and fold in whipped cream.
  4. Pour into small individual serving dishes then chill until set.
  5. Garnish each with additional whipped cream and mandarin orange slices.
