  1. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Spray bundt pan with Pam. Pour evenly the mixture in pan. Put in oven and bake 55 - 60 minutes. Let cake cool for at least 20 minutes. Then take a reverse plate and place it on top of pan. Turn over and it should come out right away Lightly sprinkle with powder sugar. Enjoy!
