Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil.
  3. Combine crushed crackers and butter in a bowl; press evenly into prepared pan.
  4. Bake in 350 oven for 8 minutes; cool on rack.
  5. Heat cream in small saucepan to shimmering; add caramels; cook, stirring until melted.
  6. Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.
  7. Combine semisweet chocolate, coconut, white chocolate and pecans in large bowl.
  8. Spoon onto crust.
  9. Stir vanilla into caramel mixture.
  10. Drizzle over chocolate layer.
  11. Bake in 350 degree over for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  12. Cool on rack.
  13. Cut in bars.
  14. 48 bars.
