Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. And no-there isnt any flour in this recipe!
  2. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 10 inch springform pan.
  3. Flour it with unsweetened cocoa.
  4. Over low heat melt the butter, sugar and coffee together-whisk well.
  5. Add both chocolates and whisk until melted.
  6. Remove from heat and add slightly beaten eggs.
  7. Whisk throughly.
  8. Pour into the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 50 minutes.
  10. The Decadance will be a little puffy and then it will collapse into a dense form in the pan.
  11. Chill overnight!
  12. Cut with a sharp, wet knife and serve with raspberry sauce.
